President and Founder: Mike Pildysh, M.Eng., P.Eng.
Over 30 years of experience in senior positions on engineering and construction projects in North America and overseas. He has provided management, client liaison services and technical leadership in the design and construction of a number of projects including over 50 large projects related to major mining, petrochemical, municipal, transportation, hydro, and thermal developments. He is formerly Head Civil Engineer of Monenco Engineering, which was, at the time, the second largest engineering company in Canada (Monenco is now a part of AMEC). Since 1987, he has been President of the Pildysh Group of Companies and has provided strategic vision and leadership to this very successful Group.

Mr. Pildysh holds an M.Eng. in civil hydrotechnical engineering. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA), Ontario (PEO) and British Columbia (APEGBC); a member of the Transportation Research Board (TRB) of the US National Academies, Committee on Basic Research and Emerging Technologies and past member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. He is winner of two American Concrete Institute Awards of Excellence and the Frank G. Erskine Award. He has authored over 30 publications, has 11 inventions and 4 scientific inventions dealing with innovative engineering developments in Canada, the USA and abroad.

Manager, Operations: Richard Bueble, P.Eng.
A career materials engineer with extensive experience in the development of new products in the fields of concrete, well cements, asphalt, synthetic aggregates, specialty coatings, hazardous waste stabilization and industrial minerals and chemicals in civil materials applications. Substantial experience in laboratory development and full-scale design of specialty materials manufacturing processes.

Mr. Bueble has been with PT for nearly a decade and has provided project management of many client based and internal technology development projects establishing technology concepts, technology development programs, project schedules, budgets and providing project reporting and client liaison services. He is experienced in management of the patent process. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA.)
